About Eclipse Crown: The Casino, Explained for New Zealand Players

Eclipse Crown is an online casino at eclipsecrown.com with pokies, live and table games, quick games and tournaments. This site, eclipsecrown.co.nz, is our official guide for New Zealand players, with every figure shown in NZD, the pokies lobby explained and the time-zone details that matter when you play from New Zealand.

Who we are

Eclipse Crown takes its name from the brief, exact moment of an eclipse. Our offers follow its stages, from First Light to Totality Drop, and our loyalty programme climbs from Penumbra to The Eclipse. The casino is focused rather than endless, and every offer states its conditions in numbers. There is no sportsbook; Eclipse Crown is casino only.

Why a New Zealand guide

Three things are different when you play from New Zealand. You can hold your balance in NZD, with offers set in New Zealand dollars. You will mostly hear slots called pokies. And the platform's clock runs on UTC, so bonus deadlines, the cashback day and the Wednesday and weekend offers follow UTC dates rather than local ones. This guide explains each of them.

What you can play

Pokies from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and BGaming, including Megaways, Hold and Win, Bonus Buy and Book titles; live roulette and blackjack with a human dealer; European and French roulette, blackjack, casino poker and baccarat as digital tables; crash, Plinko, dice and mines; scratch cards, keno and video poker; and tournaments. Crown Rewards

Every registered player is part of Crown Rewards, with five phases from Penumbra at NZ$20 to The Eclipse at NZ$100,000 in total deposits. Phases bring one-time bonuses from NZ$250 to NZ$1,000, level-up free spins, daily cashback of 5% to 20% and, from Totality, a personal manager, priority withdrawals and VIP tournaments. Points go to the Bonus Store or the Product Store.

How accounts are protected

• Login and 2FA: a unique login and password, with two-factor authentication available.
• Encryption: SSL, encryption and access controls for data and payments.
• Own-name payments: money moves only between your account and methods in your name.
• Verification: identity can be confirmed before payouts through the Documents tab.

Rules before results

Every game lists its rules and RTP, every offer states its wagering, bet ceiling, cap and deadline, and results are random. We publish no win rates and promise no outcomes.

Our addresses

• eclipsecrown.com: the casino and your account.

• Live chat: inside the platform.

We never ask for your password outside our sign-in form. Payments: our NZD payments page.

Playing responsibly

Play is for adults aged 19 and over and is entertainment, not income. See our responsible gambling page.

Talking to us

Live chat on eclipsecrown.com covers accounts, payments, bonuses, verification and security. See our contact page.

What stays the same everywhere

Some rules do not depend on where you play from or which currency you hold: one account per person, payment methods in your own name, one active bonus at a time with wagering on the bonus only, deposits played through before withdrawal to avoid processing fees, and identity checks before payouts when requested. The safer-play tools, deposit, loss and wager limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion, are on every account.

A guide, not a cashier

This site does not take deposits or bets and has no login form. Every account action happens on eclipsecrown.com, which is also where the binding Terms and Conditions and Bonus Terms are published.
